When will my order be shipped?
Most orders will ship out immediately, however every once in a while, if we are at a festival or it's the busy time of year (Burning Man Season), orders could take a little longer. Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping unless you request a different alternative via email. Send us an email if you need it by a certain date.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep, sure do. But fair warning, it can be expensive.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Email kim@wildjune.com to make changes to your order.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are only offered on products purchased and delivered within the last 30 days. Wild June will not pay for return shipment.
What is your return policy?
For returns received within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. Wild June will not pay for return shipment.
When will I be refunded?
Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed. We will begin to credit your refund once the products have been received.
Repairs
Wild June offers free repairs on all products 6 months after purchase, or a credit to the customer to fix their product locally. Some repairs are small, some are big, so it’s always a good idea to send us an email at kim@wildjune.com so we can figure out what’s the best way to fix your piece. If we decide it’s best to send it back to Wild June for repair, the customer is responsible for shipment to Wild June, and Wild June will cover shipment back.
